Successfully passed the ISO 9001 surveillance audit

Following our successful ISO 9001 certification last year, we recently underwent our first surveillance audit. The objective of the audit was to demonstrate that our quality management system continues to be effectively implemented and that the defined processes are reliably integrated into our day-to-day business operations.

ISO 9001 is one of the internationally recognized standards for quality management. It provides the foundation for transparent workflows, clearly defined processes, and continuous improvement within an organization.

As part of the audit, various aspects of our quality management system were examined, including process reliability, documentation, responsibilities, and the practical implementation of our defined quality standards.

The outcome confirms that we are on the right track: our quality management system continues to meet all requirements and is actively embedded in our daily operations.

For us, quality management is about far more than meeting the requirements of a standard. It helps us continuously improve our processes, clearly define responsibilities, and ensure a high level of reliability in both our projects and customer relationships.

Equally important is the collaboration across our entire team. Quality is not created by individual processes or documents alone, but through the daily commitment of every employee and the consistent application of shared standards.

Successfully completing this surveillance audit is therefore not only a confirmation of what we have achieved so far, but also an incentive to continue refining our processes and ways of working.
