The event gives our apprentices and students the opportunity to connect beyond their daily work, develop ideas together, and actively contribute to shaping the company. The morning was all about the future. Together, we explored the question of what the training company of the future could look like. This led to many creative ideas, fresh perspectives, and engaging discussions about collaboration, learning, and the working world of tomorrow. The open exchange among the participants was particularly valuable. Different experiences and viewpoints generated new inspiration and highlighted the importance of involving young talent in development processes at an early stage. After a shared lunch, everyone had the opportunity to continue their conversations in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know each other better. The afternoon became more creative. During a pottery workshop in Pforzheim, all participants had the chance to try out their craftsmanship skills. Not only did they create unique handmade pieces, but they also shared many memorable experiences and moments that strengthened team spirit. Once again, the day demonstrated that training and studies at S-IT go far beyond professional qualification. We want to give young people the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute their own ideas, and actively participate in the further development of our company. Our apprentices and students are an important part of our team and make a valuable contribution to the future of S-IT.
